A home for
your next chapter.
We believe the place you stay should add something to your trip. A space to share a meal. A comfortable place to unwind. The feeling that someone has thought about the details before you arrive.
Spectacular Stays Worldwide begins with The Rooftop Lounge in Iowa City, Iowa. Our vision is to grow a collection of distinctive homes across the world, while keeping hospitality personal and useful at every step.
For now, our focus is here: a private rooftop, room to gather, and a welcoming home base for your Iowa City stay.
