Keep the group together
An entire-home stay can make the visit easier when you’re traveling with family or friends. The Rooftop Lounge has three bedrooms and additional sleeping options, with a maximum of 12 registered guests.
Confirm dates before you book
Check the official University of Iowa event schedule before choosing your stay. Event-weekend minimum stays and rates can vary. Review your dates, the full price, and cancellation terms before confirming.
Plan your transportation
Allow extra travel time on busy weekends. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Iowa City by car in normal traffic, but event traffic can change that. Confirm parking arrangements with your event venue.
Give yourself time to unwind
After the day’s plans, return to a full kitchen, open living area, and private rooftop with a hot tub. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and parties and events are not permitted at the property.
